Paper quilling is the art of cutting paper into long thin strips, rolling and pinching the pieces into different shapes, and then gluing the shapes together to form decorative art. A new paper quilling theme will be presented each session. Themes may include holidays, birthdays, or general greeting cards.

Each new participant will receive a set of supplies including quilling tools, cards, and precut paper. Course and supplies are supported by funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Per CDBG guidelines, CDBG programs are only open to Lighthouse Point residents ages 62 and over.
