The Library offers study spaces to patrons as part of our services for Lighthouse Point residents.
- An active Lighthouse Point Library card is required to reserve and utilize Library study rooms.
- The maximum capacity of each study room is three adults.
- Study Room reservations can be made up to three weeks in advance online or in person.
- Study Room reservations can be made for two hour time slots, twice a week, per patron.
- Patrons are limited to two reservations per week, per library card.
- Additional requests for study room use may be done in person as a walk-in.
- At the end of their time slot, patrons may inquire about extending their time.
- Reservation that are not claimed within 30 minutes of their start time will be canceled.
- Study rooms must be cleared out 15 minutes before the library’s closing time.
- No items should be left unattended in the study rooms for any amount of time.
- No food is allowed in the study rooms.
- All drinks must have secure spill proof lids.
- Same day online reservations close two hours before the library.
- Walk-in reservations close one hour before the library.
- Due to space limitations, patrons with large mobility or medical devices may wish to contact the Library before reserving a study room.
