Registration is required. Presented by Library Volunteer Nancy Crockett. Learn to knit or crochet from lifelong yarn artist and library volunteer! New participants should bring Red Heart Super Saver Worsted Yarn, Size 8 Knitting Needles, Size G or H Crochet Hook with them to class. Please remember late arrivals do not extend the class meeting time and if no participants have arrived 15-minutes after the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled.

Audience: All Ages Online Registration Required. Build early learning and literacy skills through the joys of movement, books, and song. Story time may include short stories, songs, finger play, crafts, or other educational elements. Registration is for all dates. No Friday session week of July 4th. We have added August 15 as an additional date for the Storytime program

Ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. SHARP. Step into a day of discovery, creativity, and community at the library's end-of-construction celebration for ALL AGES! The program includes animal crafts, Busch wildlife presentations, therapy dog meet and greet, find the wildlife scavenger hunt, and tours of the renovated library. Bring your friends, bring your family, and make great memories! Seating for Busch Wildlife’s two shows is limited and first-come. Parking limited. Please carpool. You only need to register yourself, but please include the number of adults and children attending with you.

Audience: Ages 4 to 11 Mondays at 4:00pm in Dixon Ahl Hall With Dr. Molly Families can explore their creative sides in this open-ended program. We provide a theme and supplies for participants to design a craft or artistic masterpiece to take home. All children under 7 must attend this program with their favorite adult, but parents of older children are also encouraged to attend and participate. Guardians decide which tools and supplies are appropriate for their child to use.
